§ 810. Design standard—compliance required.

Latest version.

The subdivision shall comply with all the standards contained in this subdivision code. In addition, the subdivision shall conform to the following:

(a)

Any approved master development plan or comprehensive plan for the City of Black Jack or applicable portions thereof, and

(b)

The zoning ordinance, building codes and all other portions of the City Code as applicable.
